About Chef Diane

I have a passion for food, and stress the importance of using the freshest and best quality ingredients to create great meals.    I prefer to use ingredients that are in season and local. This supports local farmers and reduces both the time between the field and the table, and carbon emissions.

I am currently a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA), a  professional organization for chefs.   I am continually looking for opportunities to learn and attend seminars and classes with masters in the industry to keep up with current trends.  I received my professional cooking and professional baking certificates at Mercer County Community College with a 4.0 average.  I am fully insured.
