About Chef Diane
I completed the professional cooking and professional baking certificates at Mercer County Community College with a 4.0 average at the top of my class. I am currently a member of the Personal Chefs Cooperative, a professional organization for chefs and run by chefs. I am continually looking for opportunities to learn and attend seminars and classes with masters in the industry to keep up with current trends. There is always something new to be learned! Clients can rest comfortably knowing that I am a SafeServ Certified safe food handler, and I am fully insured.
