• Consultation
  This is generally a face to face interview to determine your likes and dislikes, dietary restrictions, as well as packaging preferences.  If time does not permit this, we can correspond via phone or email.

• Menu planning
  Menus are planned based on your consultation, I will submit them to you for your approval before the cook date.

• Grocery Shopping
  On your chef date, I will select the freshest and best ingredients at the market for your menu.

• In-home meal preparation
  Arrive at your home on the agreed upon date, prepare your food in your kitchen, leaving you with packaged and labeled, healthy, delicious entrees and side dishes. 

• Clean-up
  No more dirty pots or greasy ovens for you to clean!  I will Leave your kitchen clean, with only the aroma of freshly prepared delicious meals for your enjoyment!

Dinner Parties

Whether you would like a cocktail party, small romantic dinner party for two, a small dinner party in your home,  or even a cooking party, I can be your attending chef, and provide you with everything from menu planning to cleanup, so you will be able to enjoy your guests! 

I can provide sample menus to get the ideas going.

Fees for in-house dinner parties will be determined after an interview.  When doing seated, plated dinners, I prefer plated dinner parties of 12 people or less.  Over 6 people requires the help of an additional server in order to provide you the best experience possible.

I can also provide buffet style dinners for a larger number of people!
